Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ORO E & A LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Love or Lust mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

Profile information — such as your name, age, gender, preferences, bio, and other details you choose to add to your profile. Optional profile fields include religion, political views, ethnicity, relationship preferences, and physical activity.
Photos and video — images and video you upload to your profile or share within the App.
Location — approximate or precise location (with your permission) to show you nearby matches and relevant content.
Account and contact information — such as your email address, used to secure your account and verify it is you.
Messages and support content — text, voice recordings, shared media, date plans, and reports you send within the App.
Membership information — your account identifier, purchase history, and subscription status. Apple or Google processes payments; we do not receive your payment card details.
Usage information — how you interact with the App, including matches, messages metadata, device information, and diagnostic data.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account and profile.
To provide core features such as matching, discovery, and messaging.
To personalize your experience and show relevant profiles and content.
To keep the App safe, detect fraud or abuse, and enforce our Terms.
To communicate with you about your account, security, and support requests.
To show banner advertisements that help keep the App free to download.

3. How We Share Information

Profile information and content you add is visible to other users as part of the App's normal functioning. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the App (such as Convex for hosting, Resend for account emails, RevenueCat for subscriptions, LiveKit for calls, Google Places for nearby businesses, and Google AdMob for banner advertising), and where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users. Google Places receives location information needed to find nearby businesses. We do not sell your personal information or use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

4. Advertising

The App shows banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. We request non-personalized ads only. To deliver ads, limit how often an ad is shown, measure ad performance and prevent fraud, Google AdMob receives device and app information such as your IP address, device identifiers, device type and app usage related to the ads. Where the law requires consent, the App asks for it before any ad is requested, and you can change your choice at any time under Profile → Settings → Ad privacy choices. Google's use of this information is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You may access and update your profile information at any time within the App. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, use the in-app controls or contact us at support@loveorlust.app.

7. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time by going to Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the App, or by emailing support@loveorlust.app. See our Account Deletion page for details.

8. Children

Love or Lust is intended only for adults. Children under 18 are not permitted to use the App. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
