These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Love or Lust mobile application (the "App"), owned and operated by ORO E & A LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility — You Must Be at Least 18

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Love or Lust. The App is intended solely for adults. By using the App you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to use the App, and we will terminate any account we believe belongs to a person under 18.

3. Your Safety Is Your Responsibility

Love or Lust, ORO E & A LLC, and its owners and operators are NOT responsible or liable for ensuring the safety of users. We do not conduct background checks on users and cannot verify the identity, intentions, or conduct of any person you meet through the App.

You must exercise caution when communicating with, sharing information with, and/or meeting up with other users you meet through the App. Never share sensitive personal or financial information, meet new people in public places, tell a friend or family member your plans, and trust your instincts. You interact with other users at your own risk.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

Harass, abuse, threaten, defraud, or harm any other person.
Post content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, or that infringes another person's rights.
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your age, identity, or affiliation.
Solicit money, or engage in commercial, spam, or fraudulent activity.
Attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with the App's systems or other users' data.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for your interactions with others.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. ORO E & A LLC, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss, injury, or harm arising out of or relating to your use of the App, your interactions with other users, or any content on the App — including, without limitation, any harm resulting from meeting or communicating with other users. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
